Edwardian Conservatory →
The Edwardian style is perfectly suited to either a glass roof or solid tiled roof, or create your own 'hybrid' roof which is largely solid but has occasional glass panels which allows you to have a room that maintains a reglar temperature, while still enjoying the benefits of creating a light-filled space to enjoy.
Victorian Conservatory →
The Victorian conservatory is one of the most traditional you can buy, and has a stunning bay front with a pitched roof, allowing plenty of natural light and creating an airy, sunny space.
Lean-to Conservatory →
A design classic and probably the most cost-effective way to add another room to your home, the lean-to conservatory can have either a polycarbonate, glass or tiled conservatory roof.
Do I need planning permission?
In most cases, conservatories are considered a “permitted development” and don’t require planning permission.
For example, If it is a maximum height of 4m high or 3m high (if within 2m of a boundary). The conservatory does not cover more than half the garden. The roof ridge or top point is not higher than the eaves of a property’s roof.
However, If they exceed the regulations outlined by the council, we can arrange to apply for planning permissions on your behalf. You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way.
