Tilt and turn windows have a hinge mechanism that allows the window to open in two ways.
Tilt the window from the bottom for ventilation or turn for the window to fully open it inwards.
This cleverly designed hinge mechanism makes uPVC tilt and turn windows great for ventilation and fresh air, while the inward opening also helps make better use of your outdoor space or even balcony.
